Audrey Jimenez is a U.S. freestyle wrestler and six-time age-group World medalist who won the 110-pound title at the first NCAA women's wrestling championships for Lehigh University in March 2026.
At Sunnyside High School in Tucson, Arizona, she won the AIA girls' state title at 113 pounds as a freshman in March 2021. That July in Budapest she took bronze at the U17 World Championships at 49 kg, about 108 pounds. She repeated as girls' state champion at 106 pounds in 2022 and 114 pounds in 2023.
In August 2022, at 16, she took U20 World silver at 50 kg in Sofia, losing the final to Umi Ito of Japan. In 2023 she won the U.S. Open and lost to Sarah Hildebrandt of the New York AC at Final X. She added U20 World silver in Amman and U23 World silver in Tirana.
As a senior she won an appeal to wrestle in the boys' division. On February 17, 2024, in Phoenix, she beat Carson Miles of Peoria Liberty 7-5 for the Division I title at 106 pounds. She was the first girl to win an Arizona state wrestling title against boys. That April she won the challenge tournament at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials, then lost the best-of-three final to Hildebrandt.
In 2025 she won the U.S. Open and the Pan American Championships, and her Final X win put her on her first Senior World Team. She took U20 World silver in Samokov and placed 15th at the Senior Worlds in Zagreb. In October she took U23 World silver in Novi Sad, losing the final 6-2 to Jinyue Liang of China.
In Lehigh's first varsity season she went 21-0, pinning Sage Mortimer of Grand Valley State in 1:50 in the NCAA final, and was named Outstanding Wrestler. In April she won the Anthony-Maroulis Trophy, USA Wrestling's award for the nation's best women's college wrestler.
She is a junior at Lehigh, where the Mountain Hawks head into their second varsity season.
