Every issue is one wrestler's story, one meet worth knowing about, and one rule explained properly. It goes out weekly during the season, and when there is nothing worth saying, it does not go out at all.
Who it's for
Wrestlers, parents, and coaches. The same standard as the rest of the site applies to the inbox: every number here traces to a source, the same way it does on the making weight page or the college directory.
Season really starts in November, when certification and weigh-ins begin, so that is when this newsletter earns its place in an inbox. Expect quiet before then, not filler.
