Every issue is the brief: the biggest verified result first, then the college news, rule changes, and other verified news worth knowing. An issue may also close with a wrestler feature, one woman's career told from the record. Every result in an issue links to the page on this site that it updated. It goes out when a major event lands or enough verified news has built up, and when there is nothing worth saying, it does not go out at all.
Who it's for
Wrestlers, parents, and coaches. The same standard as the rest of the site applies to the inbox: every number here traces to a source, the same way it does on the making weight page or the college directory.
High school wrestling starts in November in most states and runs through the state finals, with the college and senior championships around it. An issue goes out whenever something is worth your time: a state's champions crowned, a U.S. team decided, a rule change. Every past issue is on the news page.
