What we collect,
and what we refuse to

Most of this sport's athletes are minors, so the honest design is to collect as little as possible and keep the sensitive parts on your own device. This page states exactly what happens. It is short because there is not much.

The website

  • Analytics: Ahrefs Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. We deliberately do not use Google Analytics. We see page counts, not people.
  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address goes to Beehiiv, our newsletter provider, and is used to send you the newsletter. Nothing else is done with it, and every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. If you never subscribe, we never have your email.
  • Affiliate links: some gear links go to Amazon with our affiliate tag. Amazon knows you clicked, the way it does for any link to Amazon; we see aggregate commissions, never who bought what.
  • No ads, no ad trackers, no data sales. Ever.

The iOS app

  • Everything stays on your device. Your assessment, weigh-ins, plan settings, starred colleges, and cycle dates are stored locally on your phone. They are not uploaded to us or anyone. Delete the app and they are gone.
  • Cycle data especially. Period start dates never leave the device and are never attached to any analytics. This is a design commitment, not a settings toggle.
  • No accounts. The app has no sign-up, so there is no profile of you to hold.
  • Purchases run through Apple. We receive Apple's standard, anonymized transaction reporting, never your payment details.
  • Creator codes: entering one is optional; it is stored on your device so a future update can credit the creator who sent you. It carries no name and no health data.

Children

The site and app are usable without providing personal information, which is the cleanest possible answer for an audience that includes athletes under 13. The newsletter is intended for wrestlers, parents, and coaches aged 13 and up.
